The factory covers an area of 77 acres, with a total construction area of over 120,000 square meters. There are more than 500 employees working on the production line. We specialize in customized manufacturing of intelligent access equipment, with an annual output capacity of 120,000 units.

Our production facilities include workshops for sheet metal processing, painting, assembly, lock manufacturing, and wiring harnesses. This enables us to manage the entire production process in-house - from sheet metal fabrication, painting, and assembly, to system debugging, quality inspection, warehouse management, and logistics delivery.

Mechanical arm bending

Mechanical arm bending uses a robot arm to bend metal parts. The arm moves by itself and follows simple commands. It helps make the same shape again and again. 

Automatic production line

Our automatic production line helps us work faster and better. It uses smart machines and simple control systems. This automation significantly reduces labor intensity while ensuring stable product quality.

Stereoscopic warehouse

Our stereoscopic warehouse is a high-density, automated storage system designed to maximize vertical space and improve inventory management efficiency.  

We follow a comprehensive quality control system to ensure product reliability and consistency. Key inspection stages include:

1. IQC Control

All incoming raw materials and components are inspected before production. For example: We use the Small Tensile Machine to check the strength of small parts, and perform material verification to ensure consistency and compliance with standards.

2. Semi-product Inspection

During the production process, semi-finished products are checked for structural integrity, dimensions, and function. For example: Our team uses Universal Testing Machines to measure strength and durability at this stage.

3. Random Inspection

Throughout assembly, we conduct random inspections to catch any issues early. Functional and appearance checks are carried out to maintain overall quality control.

4. Final Inspection

Before shipment, each unit undergoes full-function testing and environmental simulation. Tests include high/low temperature tests using the Temperature Box, Rain Test for waterproof performance, and visual checks for finishing quality and accuracy.

Dongcheng Electronics has a professional R&D team of nearly 100 people, covering hardware, structure, software, testing, project management, and more. The team follows Huawei's IPD (Integrated Product Development) methodology and adopts the CMMI Level 3 or above capability maturity model. We strictly evaluate each critical phase of the product lifecycle - from requirement analysis and design to development, production, testing, delivery, and after-sales - to ensure product quality aligns with customer expectations. Dongcheng also actively participates in drafting national standards for various types of smart lockers, contributing to the advancement of industry standards.
